1936 Lincoln Cent DDO Breen # 2135 ? [solved]

Hi everyone, I believe this to be 2135 DDO # 2 conformation would be great. and if possible does anyone have an idea what approximate value this coin has if it is Breen 2135 it is a very nice uncirculated example

I don’t know much about DDO but it does look like doubling but your coin has been very harshly cleaned
