Most likely noone will bid on this overpriced auction. The only way to tell the value is looking for auctions with a low starting bid.
Sometimes those overpriced sellers even have a fake account/friend who makes one bid on all their auctions to make the price look legit. Somehow those coins still appear back on eBay every week (definetely not suspicous).

​That scale says indeed that there are only a few members who have their collection on Numista.
It gives not the rarity of this token worldwide.
Since it is a souvenir token, it will be made in the thousands
