The collector had a number of pieces that were rare and valuable.
I have seen the pictures of the same coin but have noticed differences in the writing and position of the horses front legs. Unfortunately I do not read Russian.
If this is a copy and only 11 known, what value does this have? any idea?

Also 99,9% fake coin. Such coin probably has never been existed.
There is a theory that they might be minted in XIX century using original stamps (so called Novodel) especialy for collectors. But style of the letters for your coin is absolutely different from the coins those time, coin looks like casted, not minted, and it can't be so circulated
