It's definitely a fake coin. And I say it with 200% certainty.
The page Camerinvs provided seems to be correct, but I don't believe this was ever used as a token. It's most likely a fantasy type accidentally created by a forger, since no Yunnan Taels (even pattern ones) exist at all.
This piece is well-known by collectors of Chinese coinage because it is.....a pretty common fake, sorry
Reverse dragon and letterings are an easy way to spot the fake side of this piece.
These pieces were made by tens of thousands and are often confused with the (also) well-known Yunnan Spring dollar of which only 2 coins are known (worth over half a million). But the Yunnan Spring 1910 has nothing to do with this one as it is a 7 mace and 2 candareens denomination and not a one tael piece.
