This is a Venus penny jeton struck in the Low Countries circa 1490's - 1550's. This one is different from most in that the 3rd and 4th quadrants of the shield are reversed. See Mitchiner: The Medieval Period and Nuremberg, p270 #838 obv. The legends are fictitious. There are numerous variations.
