It will only be silver plated
The key word here is Layered!
Shouldn't they be jailed?
The question is are they buying as well as selling, if the purpertrators of this dispicable crime got flooded with letters from disgruntled customers demanding their money back it would have a much better effect than sending them an email or giving them bad feed back.
Hello,

Well people can't really demand their money back when it clearly says layered in the title.

Regards
Are the customers getting their 1 TROY OZ of silver like it also says in the description?
The ad says the bar weighs 1 ounce. It doesn't say it is 1 ounce of silver. The bar will be some other kind of metal and only a thin plating of silver.
If you look at the description, it does say "1 Troy Oz Pure Silver Layered" which, at best, is misleading and at worst is downright fraud. Having said that, the old adage still prevails - 'Buyer Beware' - and anyone foolish enough to think they're going to get 1oz of .999 Silver for 10AUD deserves what's coming to them!

If you read the ad carefully, there is nothing wrong with it. When you see one ounce for $10.00 you have to read carefully.
I think they may simply return this junk for a refund due to vagueness in the title. Most likely, ebay will decide in buyer's favor in this case.
this listing is ok,,but you have to read every listing carefully,
i have bought and sold lots of genuine silver items on ebay,,(not for a while)
but you have to be very careful what you buy and silver test everything if not 100 % certain,
ive even had to test coins when i first started,by putting the smallest drop of silver acid on a table and roll coin on edge on it,
im very honest but not at all trusting in my dealings,,BE CAREFULL buying any silver on ebay and testing acid is about £4, my best buy ever
ebay makes a lot of money from the dodgy sellers too,and not too helpful as if by mistake you buy a dodgy item thinking it was ok, the scammed buyer has to pay return postage,(NOT ME i keep the rubbish they send and get my refund, or they pay  postage) (;0
and ebay allow these decieving listings, and have made it very hard to complain about them by using a multiple choice , with nowhere to put your own reason you are reporting it, the customer service is $%£$!! :~ "*
has anyone seen the FAKE 10 guilder on ebay nowhttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290713626245&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123,,,UNBELIEVABLE CHEEK £200 ,,very deceptive listing,,,LOOK AT PICTURE CLOSELY
i suppose there is a very slim chance its 9 ct gold or something but i very much doubt it!!!!!!
Who buys such expensive items from a person with such a short selling track record?
NO WAY it sold for £200,,even with COPY written on it... /!  (;0
if your on a tight budget you have to buy AUTHENTIC items off the cheapest seller,, and just because someone is selling for the first few times, doesnt make their item fake,
I should create my own currency, the Replica.  1 replica is subdivided into 100 copies.  Hee hee!
do the 100 copies then subdivide again into 100 copies?
Quote: Walder Coinsdo the 100 copies then subdivide again into 100 copies?
I think the subdivision is then 100 fakes!
