Hello,
I noticed this issuer doesn't appear on numista yet.

After the fall of Constantinopolis in 1204, new entities were created in this area :

Some were under the control of byzantine dynasties like the Empire of Nicea, Trebizond and the Despotate of Epirius (we already talked about it in this section with the Trebizond Empire) and the other ones, like the Latin Empire, were crusader states.
Most of those states are already present in the catalog, so I was wondering if we can add this one (I'm gonna need it to add this coin : https://en.numista.com/forum/topic74909.html ).

This entity is also known under the name of "Empire of Romania" and "Latin Empire of Constantinople". I only heard about "Empire latin d'Orient" in French but the term "Empire latin de Constantinople" seems to exist as well. It disappeared in 1261 when the Byzantine emperor of Nicea, Michael VIII, took back the city of Constantinopolis.

Can be linked to the Burgundian Netherlands as Baldwin I, first emperor of this entity, was count of Flanders and Hainaut, to the Byzantine Empire and probably all the Crusader states.

They did, but not under ruler from Latin Empire. Only as Anonymous so hard to tell is it was Byzantine Empire or Latin Empire.

Indeed,
They all seem to be anonymous issues, so it's not easy to figure out who minted what.

However the DO authors attributed some types (23 to 28 different ones) at the Latin Empire and tried to put some range-dates on those coins based on archeological datas, on the overstrikes and the variations observed on the style.
It's one of the most relevant paper we have for this coinage if not the most relevant one.
Ok, is there a coin you want to add, or shall I create the country?
