It looks like maybe an imitation greek or roman coin... But the reverse reminds me of an Italian 2 Lira coin:

The coin that this imitates is probably a decadrachm from Syracuse--a very famous and expensive coin.

Yes, it's an imitation of a Sicily,Syracuse silver dekadrachm of Dionysios I , there are many shown here (go down to middle of page):
