i think it is a fake one...I have approximately the same coin....Trying to identify from long time without luck so far...We need definitely somebody who can read Arabic...

It's most likely fake, as lidianb mentioned.

Look at the star on the top. Coins don't just chip away like that. These are common on cast brass coins. Also notice the crude writing.

I'm guessing it's more of a token rather than a contemporary counterfeit.
