I found that on my coin seven in date "could be" a little further from "N", also "1" in "10" looks thiner ?

You should keep in mind that it was end of WWI.
Coins were minted in several different places, so it is normal that some variants exist.
And in Krause you can read that there are variations in planchet thickness (weight).
Perhaps you can find a German catalog with these variations.
