I would bet that, having that many would almost surely range from G to UNC. If you are interested in a certain year, that might be a more managable question.

How much would it cost to mail these to Canada?
I have a friend who has a disabled grandchild who is very interested in coins. His family is very low income. The grandson is particularly interested in one cent copper coins. I have given him thousands of Canada and United States one cent coins. He searches every coin. Any surplus Canadian coins he rolls and takes to the local bank. Any surplus United States coins he rolls and I take them to a bank in the the United States (on one of my road trips) and trade them for more rolls of United States one cent coins for him. Also, I have given him 50 or so Great Britain pennies so I would like to get your entire lot of 300 - 400 pennies if the price and shipping costs are reasonable.
