The Numista rarity number is just a representation of how many members of this site have the coin marked in their online collection. If nobody has it, the rarity is 100, if one person does, it becomes 97, two people I believe is 95 and it drops from there. It doesn't necessarily reflect scarcity in the real world or value. But it is kind of interesting to be the only one on this website with a given coin!
Your coin is probably on the low end of Fine, by the way, in case you weren't sure about the grading yet.

Thanks for the info. I am not that confident about grading my coins yet.
What I collect: US, 3rd Reich Germany, Philippines, Ancients, Vatican City, North Korea.

Personally I'd call it VG, but it's right on the line. Probably worth about $4 in that shape, although catalog values are often inflated a bit.
