Curacao 1 Cent - Wilhemina Missing varieties [solved]

Can someone please add comment, 'D nearer to O' for the existing 1944-D line.
Also add a line for 1944-D with the comment 'D between 4 and O'.
Both varieties are listed in Krause.

There is a pending Change Request that was submitted July 8.
