I don't know if it's a scarce variant but I think you can find better ones for this kind of price. Both are heavily worn, have surface hairline scratches and have been cleaned.

One tip is don`t limit yourself only to Ebay India, better when you search for something you click on Worldwide.

The coin you linked has also been heavily cleaned which causes this porous appearance on the coin. Probably something with high acidity has been used.
