I got a few the other day, not easy to find a cash machine that gave fivers.


I deny nothing but doubt everything, opinions are made to be changed, how else is the truth to be gotten at.

Pretty cool. I still haven't seen one. When I get one I'll keep it too go with my Gibraltar £5 from
this year :)

Thanks for posting it. I gave a friend of mine, who travels to the UK often, £6 from my last trip to the UK. I told him to pick up the new polymer £5 note and the new £1 coin when they became available. Now I have to start pestering him;)

It was a Natwest Bizzo, i went into my bank ( Lloyds ) and they said they didn't have any ;(

If you live in a student city, try all of the ones near the students. They usually give fivers.

Looks pretty nice. Canada has had these for a few years and I still can't get used to them (as an occasional visitor). One thing I don't like about them is how strongly they hold a crease from being in a wallet.

Hi All,

Ive got one it's odd and quite a bit smaller than the old fiver.

many collectors on here collect notes- what do they think of this one with its new security features and it's strange material.

would an old collector of paper notes look down their nose at it ..
