someone recommended checking out Harlan J Berks in downtown Chicago, however it seems a very high end place . I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations of world coin dealers with more down to earth prices :)
I visited Harlan Berks several years ago. A small front end with nice, somewhat high-priced coins. They were friendly enough, and I did buy one coin from them. I never made it to other shops....
Chicago is one of my favorite US cities to visit.....Great food, beautiful architecture and friendly people.
