Consultation for a package delayed

Hello people!

I have a delayed shipment in France since 5 May.
The tracking history says "2016-05-06 00:00 Arrivée en France ROISSY HUB BSCC PIC (93)."
Has this happened to anyone else? What could be the problem? What can I do to solve it?

If the shipment is delayed at customs... The recipient should receive a notification from them to get it. And if he no picks it past 30 days, the package is sent to the sender (to me). This is correct?

I ask this because more than 40 days that have passed. And the person who did the swap, will not send his coins if not receive my coins first. So, if I don't receive their coins, I hope at least my shipping back to me.

Y no creo que la persona que va a recibir el envio vaya a ser contactada ya que no hay manera que lo hagan (Colocaste su Numero Telefonico en el Sobre) o les diste su Email personal? si ambas respuestan son afirmativas como van a poder contactarlo?

Lo unico que queda es esperar un poco mas y en el peor de los casos el envio sera devuelto a la direccion tuya luego del intento fallido (Caso Normal) o en este caso debido a un problema de aduanas...

En mi país, cuando la aduana te retiene un paquete le envía un telegrama de aviso al destinatario, a la dirección que figura en el paquete, para que vaya a retirarlo. También en el historial de seguimiento figura la leyenda "retenido en aduana con aviso". En este caso, como el historial no dice nada y hace mas de un mes que no se actualiza, me desconcierta.
