Does Lighthouse currently make any coin album pages from PVC materials?

I use Lighthouse coin pages (Optima) and albums to hold some of my coins and have noticed that some coins but not all have developed a bit of a sticky feel. Would these page be made from PVC materials? What should I be doing?
