I have this 1887b (Raised no dots) half rupee and I am finding extreme value variations.

NGC lists all of the Rupee's in this KM# of high value.

Everywhere else I look has mediocre values, including in my 2015 Krause standard world coin catalogue.
1887B Raised - Mintage 407,000 F $6.00 VF $10.00 EF $20.00 Unc $65.00
Note: Type A Bust, Type II Reverse
I have seen NGC get others wrong in this manner, some adding a zero or in some cases missing out a zero.
The twist in this story is I found one on eBay while browsing, there is 8 hours remaining and the price on it so far is on £40 (60usd), it is like those bidding have looked it up on NGC and thought it must be valuable. This is what confuses me as I already have one in F/VF that I got out of a job lot, now I am in the process of identifying and labelling my new coins with a rough value included.
Which value would be correct? Any ideas/thoughts would be appreciated.
