1793 British Farthing? [solved]

My Dad Gave me his collection This coin was in there but the UK never made a 1793 Farthing. Also Coin says "George Rules" on obverse. Any info on this coin would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Mark is the expert on this but I am guessing that is Evasion Money.
Galata has a very similar evasion farthings dated 1793 listed as #465 and valued at £50 in fine

I've recently just sold my whole evasions collection for in excess of £500. There's a small market for these coins but they are certainly prices for good ones.
