1808 Draped Bust cent?

Hello, I recently bought a Draped Bust large cent on Listia, and it looks like an 1808, even though Draped Busts weren't minted in 1808. Here is the link where I got it. Read the comments. My pictures are below. What do you think?

To me it looks like an 1803, but since I know nothing about the Draped Bust I might be even farther away from the truth.

​The person who I bought it from said this: "I've considered that possibility and after comparing it to an 1803 I have (in slightly sharper detail) and ones I've see on the internet, I've found that the 3 has a flattened top rather than the rounded top on this particular coin. I can't say for certain but have considered the possibility that an 1808 old design may have been struck in limited numbers before the new style was implemented. Just a speculation though. Thanks for your input, greatly appreciate any and all feedback."
