1970 Samoa Pope Visit, 1928 Chinese 100 cash Ho-Nan and 1971 Mauritius 10 Rupees value?

So I just bought this bag of foreign coins at a local auction and I see that these three coins are pretty rare in terms of the indexing here at Numista. I can't find too much info on ebay about the value of these though. Anyone have any ideas? The Samoan and Mauritius coins both are UNC. The Chinese cash copper coin, unpictured, is pretty rough shape. Thanks!

Hi,

The rarity index here is just an indication of how many members have the coin, rather than how rare the actual coin is.

But saying that, the two unc coins you have seem to have very low mintages.
Here's some links to the NGC catalogue, including current catalogue prices:

I'm not an expert in any kind of coins, but I reckon I'm good at research and will do my best to help. Feel free to tell me my identifications/valuations/gradings are wrong. It's the only way I'll learn.
If you find someone who collects these coins, than they have value.
The problem is that you have to find this collector.
I do not collect these, so for me the have no value :snif:

I collect them :) and have that Samoa coin :)

Thanks all! I keep forgetting about the NGC prices so I have to keep that in mind. And thanks for explaining the rarity index that makes sense now! Still pretty cool that at least among Numista members they are pretty rare. And yes that is the hard thing actually finding a buyer for coins like this. Low mintages, but pretty obscure and unknown.
