Is it of Vatican city ? Is it a lot valuable. I know that it is an error specimen 1 euro.

All 1 euro Specimen get the same revers design.
I didn't find the same obverse design as your coin on this web-page .
But it looks like the devil more than Vatican :D

ist just a token, error token. this "specimen" was issued by private company and not from vatican...

original vatican euro with this kind of error would be very rare and very expensive, but this token not
