Grading and Value for Portugal 50 Centavos 1938 [solved]

I have no real experience at all in grading so I would like some opinions

I picked up this coin from a bargain bin and was surprised when I saw the possible value shown on NGC.
Of course the value depends on the grade of the coin and was wondering what experienced graders think of this particular coin.

I would call it a pretty nice VF. I have put together a 50 Centavos set, and never had to pay anywhere near catalog for them, but this is a good date. I have found the 1935 to be a tougher date to find in a decent grade.

Thanks; I already have quite a few of these lovely design coins; she is so beautiful, and 1935 and 1938 were missing from my collection. So last night I found a seller (in Portugal) who had both really cheap (less than £3 each), on a Buy It Now offer, and I bought them straight away before anyone else got them, having read the above posts!
