It looks like a medal of Christ with inscriptions in Cyrillic

I don't know from which period is this coin but is very old. I think is from Byzantine period but there isn't anything similar like this coin anywhere. So if anyone knows some information about this coin please let me know. Thank you for your reply. Regards.

It is a belly danser costume coin, not even gold.
It is an imitation of a 'pagode', Madras british India.
Mine has been silver plated
