Not much to go on but I am wondering if this is a Silver damma of Muhammad, pre-Habbarid Multan,

thickness 1.15mm
And i thought mine was in horrible condition ... Annoying little silver bugs.

Yes that should be correct ID for this coin.

MULTAN, Gharlabid, (850-900 AD), silver damma, Tye-270, 3 dots and Nagari/Arabic legend.
