ancient India unknown copper coin

I've dug out 3 more of my unknown ancient India coins in the hope that someone may be able to identify them and enable me to enter them into my collection. The third one is:

Size: 13.98x12.53mm
thickness 1.27mm
weight 1.16g

This one does not seem like a PMC. I think this is something completely different than Roy's earlier 2 coins which are Ujjain/Malwa Post-Mauryan PMC type.

But i am not sure if these are persian text or not and what is its ID.
