But dont know about Roman ( or province) coin

The Roman coin is probably RIC-61:
Victorinus Antoninianus (268-270 AD), Southern Mint (Sear-11178; RIC-61)
Obv: IMP C VICTORINVS PF AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust right
Rev: PROVIDENTIA AVG, Providence standing left, holding cornucopiae
