look like 20 cents
China, Kwan-tung province
regnal year=17 (t+ on top of coin = 7 +10)
RY 17=1928
should be silver, but this coin has not the look of being silver.
I think it is a fake.

Yes, weight is different than the original one. Material as well. Fake.
