Is there a difference between these two coins?

1 Rand (Aforika Borwa - South Africa) 2010
1 Rand (Aforika Borwa - South Africa) 2012
looks like same    B.

I dont have 2012,  but I know that some coins repeat previous years  after 2011
Yes, these are the same and need to be together. There was also one topic in which is mentioned this.

Check my doubles ;)
The same then for 2 Rand 2010 + 2012 and 2 Rand 2011 + 2013. They're the same, too

I think if you look closer you should see the obverse has been very slightly modified for 2013, the most noticeable change being the designer's initials appearing in the centre rather than the left.
Just because you can't see it ... doesn't mean it isn't there - Anon.

Indeed, that's true for the 2 Rand 2011 vs. 2013! Hadn't noticed. Thanks.

But for the 2010+2012 Rand and 2 Rand, I can't find a difference.
here are the images, year for year:

I dont see diff berween years 2010,2011,2012....
Jast in last cipher :)
2010 Aforika Borwa - South Africa
2011 Afrika Borwa -Aforika Borwa
2012 Aforika Borwa - South Africa
2013 Afrika Borwa -Aforika Borwa

So from that point of view 2010 = 2012 and 2011 = 2013!

Now look at the the engraver's initials (ALS)
2010

2011

2012

2013 - now the initials are centered below

So the 2011 is not exactly like the 2013! And the 2010 is not exactly like the 2012

Just to make a long story short I made this documentation of the differences I've found:

Now, if this enough to have different km# for the 2010/2012 or 2011/2013, I cannot answer :~
