Got Mittens?

Okay so that title was a joke on what my question is;

German states-Prussia KM#527

Edge Lettering : G O T T *~:~+~:~* M I T *~:~+~:~* U N S *~:~+~:~*

I have 6 of these coins, 1 of each year, and 1 duplicate.

On each coin varying places the *~:~+~:~*  is very faded, it is not all in the same spot. It looks almost smooth on some of them, but it's only half of it either to the right or left of the +

Is this a known issue, or a weak strike?
I don't think a picture is super necessary. On some of the coins, it for sure can be wear, but I have an AU one, and it is the same.

Can anyone confirm this issue on their own coin as well?

It should be a weak strike. If you believe that it is something interesting, please supply a photo to prove.

Nah it probably is a weak strike, It irks my nerves though. If the majority were weak strikes why not fix it lol. Once this set is framed who cares but was just curious if anyone else had this too.

Any props for title pun?
