it looks like h 22.208

that is Qian long tong bao - boo chiowan - for sure

you could se a square head at the right caracter ( tong )
a slanting vertical stroke at top character ( qian)

and at reverse the left mancu script is a protruding head.

All this indicates to a 22.208 - south branch 1761 - 1767
