It is out of rules to make estimations of photo. But in many cases without warranty it is possible. But to answer the question based on this photo is definitely out of limits.

It's a nice F.
I use Tony Clayton's site for UK coins. Simply think in dollars instead of pounds and it will give you a pretty realistic price. He lists this at 25 quid so I'd be looking to pay no more than 25 USD.
