Unidentified Thai/Nepalese/Tibetan Coin

Does this one ring a bell for anyone?

I've looked through Nepal and Tibet listings, but haven't come across one quite like this.

Diameter: 13-14mm
Super thin silver
Weight: .24g

The five pointed star on both sides make it look like a Falus from Morocco, but I do not find it there

I'm pretty sure it's six pointed on either side.
It is the sama tipology, and it is really 6 pointed star also in Marocco:

That does look similar, but the "3" and the "7" look like either a Tibetan "3" and "1" or an Eastern Arabic "3" and "8". The problem is I think in Morocco they use the backwards 7 instead of the almost-3 to indicate "3", so I'm thinking it's more likely Tibetan.

Any other comments welcome...
Oh, I should add -- the note with the coin said it was purchased in Kathmandu in 1969. The note has Nepal written then crossed out, and then Tibet written in with a question mark.
It's probably a temple token or some such.... Nepal uses a crescent and sun on their coins as seen in two segments of the star, and the 3 looking thing in the center is probably  'Aum'
