Quote: ZuluRaptorSpaceI got an antique sterling silver silver (possibly) baby rattle at the thrift shop today, a 1952 S wheat cent on the floor of a grocery store near a coin exchange thing (the ignorance of the non-collectors), and a 1980 US cent at a coin exchange thing (it should have been exchanged, it was on the grate.)!!!
I dream of having one of those change counters, so I could get a lot of coins every day and have fun digging on them
On the other hand I work as an accountant assistant, so I handle some pocket change every day, and take the chance to look through it and get anything I find worth it, and replace it with my previously carried change for those occasions.
Numista referee for the "Viceroyalty of the New Spain" (most of it).
