"Reported but not confirmed" Does that mean rare?

I was recently going through a junk bin and came across this coin.

It states that this date and mintmark are "reported but not confirmed" Does that show any rarity to it? Thanks!
P.S It was the $5 "junk" bin...

It is a G. The  mintmark can be seen below the bust.

It seems it may just need to be changed in our catalog here on Numista then.

You still got a nice coin for at worst half its value. Good find.  

Yes our catalog still needs some work. I have a Pakistan KM# 52 5 paisa 1994 that says the samething got 3 of them in one day. And got more later on, i think i have one on my swap list yet
