I have two recent swaps opened with new collectors (no transactions rated yet). We agree the change and, when asked to send the coins first (no rates, 25 perfects for me) they dissapear, no answering messages. Obviously I don't send coins, but the question is about negative rating for this or only close the swaps. What do you think about?
I don't think I would rate them atall just report the matter to bam777 and he will follow it up to see if they may be scammers. You do the right thing though
In my case even two experienced guys disappeared after agreeing to swap. Both have many good ratings. What should I do? I reported one to Bam already. Luckily I did not send my coins as I was just packing and holding to see if the person is shipping. One guy apologised but the other guy no response at all.

madhunaga, I think here is an example of a rough start, that we can gently bring to bam777's and everyone else's attention. Maybe some advice, help or an intervention is required for this new member, especially with the Numista warning ...?
