I can use paypal to pay it, or banking card.

Sorry for my English =)
Best regards,
Ilya.

... and you want someone to send to Russia without tracking, insurance or registration? The $70 is accurate for mailing cost. Find a dealer in Russia.
Russia 12.00 in. 9.00 in. 4.00 in. 0.500 kg
Canada Post Air, confirmation option with coverage: $93.58
Canada Post Air, no confirmation and no coverage: $76.43
Canada Post Surface/Boat, 3 months to deliver, no confirmation and no coverage: $49.03
I would be very surprised if you couldn't locate a coin supplies store, on line or physical, in or near Moscow.

Hi - please let me know exactly what you want and how many you want, and I will see what I can do. These sort of supplies I think are a bit more expensive in the UK than in the US but I think postage should be cheaper. I will go to the post office tomorrow to find out.

You know what, it's really sad when a person goes through extra trouble, instead of using their head, the language they know and checking for what's right under their nose. Believe it or not, there is such a thing as internet search laziness...

30 RUB = 0.93 USDYes! I know about these shops.
But prices are very big. I buy accesories in 1st shop, but I think that in Europe or USA it's cheaper.
Thank you =)
Best regards,
Ilya.

How is it cheaper for you, when shipping is over $70? You are looking to ship small bricks of cardboard holders and sheets of heavy plastic. Do you know how much a box of 50 sheets weighs? I was just simplifying it with a 500g example. You are probably looking at a 1kg+ package (sheets + holders).
