Coins identification

I have two coins that I can not identify, can someone assist with this matter? I have gone through the complete world coin catalog and not been able to find them. I have labeled the images as coin 1a and 1b for the front and back of coin, and the same for coin 2a and 2b. I have tried to make the pictures as clear as I could. Hopefully someone shall recognize these and ID them for me.

First one is Austrian 2 Heller.

Second one is from Pakistan I think, hard to tell from the pics.

Thank you both for your answers. I greatly appreciate it. I now can put them where they belong. In my collection I have close to 120 different countries represented.
