Netherlands gold ducats. Who is a fan?

recently discovered this beauty

1 ducat gold coin. 
 

it is fairly light yet very thin so the diameter is actually comparable to typical 1/4oz gold coin.

who else likes them and perhaps collects them?

It helps to post a link to the coin you are talking about.  Netherlands ducats (and their multiples) span 2 centuries and many provinces.

Certainly an historic trade coin (like the florin before it and its contemporary, the Venetian zecchino), but I do not collect them.
