2015 P Roosevelt Dime mint error or damage?

Any and all feedback will be much appreciate.  I have spent about two weeks researching different types of known coin errors every which way to Sunday with no luck.weight is 2.10 grams. over all the same size of other dimes. The thickness is uneven thin in some places

That looks like heat damage to me.
