So I found a 1 Siao Coin that was in an NGC and its grade was MS 67. Its price was only 2600 Thb (82 Usd). Should I buy it?

I got one in VF for a few dollars and that's enough to make me happy.
There are several issuing dates, but they aren't all the same price.
