Will Norway mint anymore circulating coins? 

 

I don't think there's been any new standard circulating coins made since 2017, about 8 years now. I was wondering if anyone's heard any news?

They do 20s every year, commemorative ones,

and as 20 Krone is like €1 they obviously just have enough of the smaller denominations and mostly use notes.

 

I have these 20s up to 2017 in my collection.

The less coins are used, the longer they last and new issues are not needed as supplies last.
