They look very similar, doesnt look polished. Its possible theyre different mints but i doubt it

Polished is Royal Canadian Mint, unpolished is Jerusalem mint.

Both look like the same variety (specifically the one minted in Canada) to me, one is just more circulated than the other.
Used time zone is UTC+2:00.
