Honduras, mules?

I think that many of the mules are nothing else as well planned overstrikes of existing coins?

maybe the referees should define what a mule is supposed to mean for Honduras? I stop documenting them until that has been cleared up.

SCWC states this coin is product of a KM48 obverse die and a modified KM45 reverse die but doesn't call it a mule.
