Normal hair line on my 2009 D Lincoln Professional Life penny?

Need help identifying if this is a error or not, with the top of Lincolns hair looking like a toupee. 🤷

I crossed referenced it to others, and maybe found some kinda like it, maybe not to this extreme.

Need some help from you coin collectors please. Thanks

 

My main concern is how much of Lincolns hair isn't attached to his scalp.

And the last picture is of a normal 2009 Lincoln from PCGS site. I have 15 from the same uncirculated roll too.
