BU or Proof or something else [solved]

Please help me what is this coin.

In catalog says its BU or Proof but how do i know what is it?

Looks like it circulated a lot.  Whatever it was it isn't anymore.

so for my catalog where should i put this in BU or Proof or no matter?

If it were mine, I'd put it in the BU line just because they're more likely to find their way into circulation.
