Help me identify this Silver Tibetan coin [solved]

This is a silver looking coin from Tibet? but I am not sure which one. 

Size: approx 25.7 mm 

thickness 1.1 mm

weight 28 grams

 

Also, any way of knowing its authenticity would be appreciated
