Rostock Porcelain ?

Here is a piece that is puzzling me:  appears to my eye to be referring to Rostock; 43mm dia, 11g weight.  I can find auction references here and there but no definitive catalog entry, at least that I have seen.  Help attributing would be appreciated.

The only question is why they did it in 1981. 775 years of city rights does not look like round number. 730 years of Hanseatic league membership. Mint operated from around 1300 based on numista coin listings.

One search result told its history. Manufactured by Meissen Porcelain Manufactory in 1981 in two variants.
