 The first picture looks slightly like a coin from Portuguese India

 with an outer crowned shield, containing a smaller shield plus dots. 

 

 which the reverse side does have a cross, not as similar, but maybe

 That is 25mm but maybe your coin has been cut down. 

 

This is 20mm so is closer - and above the shield are VV marks like yours 

N#50335 

and also a bigger cross - which in the four angles was the date
